NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) of the Municipality of San Rafael
The public is hereby informed of the proposed changes in the Schedule of Market Values (SMV) which will take effect in the year 2027. This is in accordance with Section 219 of the Local Government Code of 1991 and Section 15 of Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act, which was enacted on June 13, 2024.
The law aims to establish, adopt, and implement a unified valuation system (Single Valuation) for all types of real properties throughout the country.
