The Supplemental Procurement Plan for 2020 is focused on the Covid 19 related programs and projects funded from the municipal share of the Bayanihan Grant to Cities and Municipalities fund.

Of the six (6) Programs/Projects and Activities for Covid 19 of the Municipality of San Rafael, four (3) PPAs are on-going including the Food Assistance and other Relief Goods for Affected Households, Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment and Procurement of Disinfectants and othe supplies. The Construction of Quarantine and Swabbing Facilities which was 100% completed as of June, 2020. The two (2) PPAs, Procurement of medicines and vitamins and Procurement of medical supplies and swab kits, are expected to be implemented/completed on September and July, 2020 respectively.
