The Municipality of San Rafael, through its Bds and Awards Committee (BAC) invites bids for the projects enumerated below. Details of the projects may also be viewed at the Municipality’s Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (Phil GEPS account.

The Supplemental Procurement Plan for Fiscal Year 2020 covers the additional PPAs for the third and fourth quarter of the year 2020.

Of the six (6) Programs/Projects and Activities for Covid 19 of the Municipality of San Rafael, four (4)  PPAs are on-going including the  Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment, Medicines and Vitamins, Medical Supplies and Swab Kits and Procurement of Disinfectants and other supplies. The Construction of Quarantine and Swabbing Facilities which was 100% completed as of June, 2020. Food Assistance and other Relief Goods for Affected Households is completed.
